Private to your account. Period.

Your goals, habits, systems, reflections, scores, and vision statements are tied to your account and protected by authentication. Other users cannot access them.

We do not create public profiles, leaderboards, or social feeds. There is no way for another person to browse, search, or view what you enter.

Sign-in is handled through secure authentication with email and password, plus optional social providers. Your session is managed using industry-standard tokens and secure cookies.

We strongly encourage a unique, strong password and keeping your sign-in credentials safe.

Your data lives in a managed database protected by row-level access controls. In short, the database itself is configured so that each user can only read and write their own rows.

Even within the application backend, access is scoped to the authenticated user making the request.

Data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS and encrypted at rest by the cloud infrastructure provider. This is standard protection for modern web applications and helps keep your information safe from interception or unauthorized access.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We do not use your reflections, goals, or habits to build advertising profiles or to train models.

Your information is used only to provide the Highest Version dashboard to you.

The things you write in reflections, the goals you set, and the habits you track are not used for advertising, recommendation engines, or any purpose outside of running your personal dashboard.

There are no public usernames, no follower counts, and no shared progress pages. Highest Version is a private space, not a social network.

You can delete your account at any time from within the app. When you delete your account, your profile, goals, habits, systems, reflections, scores, and all associated data are permanently removed.

This action cannot be undone, so make sure you have saved anything you want to keep before confirming.

We use trusted infrastructure providers for hosting, authentication, and database services. These providers are bound by their own security and privacy obligations and only process data on our behalf as needed to run the service.

We do not integrate with advertising networks, analytics platforms that share data, or social media widgets.
